No Data Collected. CIRCA is designed to be a completely private experience.

- All alarm settings and sleep preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage.
- The app does not require an internet connection to function.
- We do not track your sleep patterns or usage habits.
Specific Policy for TypeFast
Ad-Supported & Analytics. TypeFast is free-to-play and supported by advertisements.
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): We respect your choice. If you allow tracking, we use identifiers to show personalized ads. If you decline, ads will still be shown but will be less relevant.
- Game Center: We use Apple Game Center to process your scores and leaderboards. Your gamer tag is visible to other players in rankings.
- Analytics: We collect anonymous gameplay data (e.g., level completion rates) to improve the game difficulty and balance.
Specific Policy for Emilia
No Personal Data Collected. Emilia is designed to respect your privacy while providing a premium retro gaming experience.
- No Tracking: We do not collect, store, or share any personal information, gameplay data, or usage habits.
- iCloud Sync: Game saves and checkpoints are synced automatically via your personal Apple iCloud account. We have no access to your save files or your cloud storage.
- In-App Purchases: Purchases such as the "Emilia PRO Pack" are processed securely through Apple's native App Store system. We do not have access to your payment information.
Specific Policy for HoopIQ
Ad-Supported, Tracking & Third-Party Advertising. HoopIQ is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements delivered through the Google AdMob network.
- Data Collection via Third-Party SDK: While KYMEA Studio does not directly collect or store personal data on any servers, the Google AdMob SDK integrated into the app collects specific information to serve personalized advertisements. This includes:
- Device Identifiers: Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
- Location Data: Approximate location (inferred from your IP address).
- Usage & Advertising Data: Your interactions with the app and advertisements.
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): We strictly adhere to Apple's guidelines. The collection of your IDFA for tracking and personalized advertising will only occur if you explicitly grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt upon launching the game.
- If You Decline Tracking: If you ask the app not to track, you will still receive advertisements, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other companies' apps and websites.
